Hero Upgrade Priority Guide – Barbarian King, Archer Queen, Grand Warden, Royal Champion

Heroes are the most powerful units in Clash of Clans. This guide explains which hero to upgrade first at each Town Hall level.

Upgrade Priorities

• TH7-TH8: Barbarian King (focus on him)
• TH9-TH10: Archer Queen > Barbarian King
• TH11-TH12: Grand Warden > Archer Queen > Barbarian King
• TH13-TH14: Royal Champion > Grand Warden > Archer Queen > Barbarian King
• TH15-TH18: Keep all heroes upgrading constantly. Prioritize Royal Champion and Grand Warden.

Focus on reaching key ability levels (5, 10, 15, 20, etc.) before moving to the next Town Hall.
